A musician by trade, Nic enjoys sharing over 30 years of musical experiences to audiences in a fun, nostalgic, and original way. He's had the pleasure of entertaining past presidents, and playing with some of Texas greatest artists including Willie Nelson, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Pat Green, Gary P. Nunn, the late Steve Fromholz, and many others. Nic brings with him a fun and contagious energy that will have you singing along and smiling - even if you don't know the words.

Every Wednesday

$25 gets you either a New York Strip or Ribeye steak with a loaded baked potato on top a sizzling skillet along with a free Infamous pint of beer in the tap room. Make sure to ask about the special cut of meat the boys are cooking this week! Enjoy your cooked to order steak and craft beer amongst friends  Come Early, steaks go fast! 

Every Thursday

Come put your useless knowledge to the test for a chance to win beer, pizza and prizes!! This intimate trivia setting not only is a riot but also gives you great odds of winning! First two rounds get a free Infamous pint for each team member, third round wins swag for the whole team and the overall winner gets a whole gourmet pizza from Infamous Outpost!
